Patrick has invested in and grown businesses for over 40 years. He is an entrepreneur and CEO with a stellar track record, challenging the status quo of large corporations through innovation and creativity. Patrick was the Chairman of Sleep number bed for 12 years and interim CEO twice. He was also on the boards of Pacific Sunwear, Sylvan Learning, Petstuff, OnLineLearning.net, BizMart, National Electronics Warranty, PLAX, Chuck E. Cheese’s, Souplantation, and National Venture Capital Association. He currently serves on Rebalance Health, Sellars Corp., and Northland Fitness boards.
Kalpesh Jhaveri

Kalpesh is the Founder & CEO of K.R. Gems & Diamonds International and the creator of branded award-winning Eighternity diamonds. A leader with 37 years of extensive experience, innovatively growing businesses, and a broad industry network, Kalpesh has held significant leadership roles, including with the World Jewellery Confederation (CIBJO) and as past President of the Indian Diamond and ColorStone Association USA. He is the interim President of the Diamond Club West Coast, an affiliate of the World Federation of Diamond Bourses.

James has 36 years of experience taking diamond businesses to the next level. He is an innovative problem solver who has helped Zales, JD & Co., American Gem Society, and Krainz Creations. James has become well known for executing a successful return on investment strategy and delivering positive brand experiences to ensure long-term profitability. James has designed and implemented service models that returned margins of 75%, created business models that produced 40% ROI, and grew a retail brand from 90 to 150 locations valued at $350M. His achievements have made him a valued Jewelers 24K Club of Southern California board member and AGS Guild President.
